Hi, I'm Blair!

Fitness has been a part of my life for over 12 years. Throughout that journey, I've explored everything from strength training, HIIT workouts, barre, Pilates, running, and coaching others on their own health journeys. Like many people, I started out focused on being smaller and chasing a number on the scale. But as I've grown, I've learned that true health is about so much more than that.

Today, my focus is strength, confidence, longevity, and feeling good in my own skin. I believe fitness should empower you, not punish you. It should fit into your life, support your goals, and help you become the strongest version of yourself; physically and mentally.

My approach is simple: realistic workouts, sustainable habits, and encouragement every step of the way. Whether you're just getting started, returning after a break, or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I'm here to help you build strength, gain confidence, and create healthy habits that last.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me spending time with my family, homeschooling, working on our homestead, and continuing to learn more about health, fitness, and overall wellness.
